Purpose and processing of personal data:

The purpose of Producer’s processing of personal data, is to enter into and honor agreements, for example with employees. Mainly, we will process basic personal data about you, hereunder name, address, mail address, mobile number, title or position, place of employment, etc. 

For payroll and tax purposes Producer will also have to process your personal registration number. Regarding insurance matters, we may process sensitive personal data, hereunder health information. Due to Covid-19 we currently may collect and register test results from selected employees. 

In connection with recruitment, we may ask you to submit a copy of your criminal record. We will only process your criminal record if we have obtained consent from you. We will erase the criminal record immediately after we have read it and will not keep it.

The personal data is provided directly from you, and/or a person representing you, for example an agent. Producer will process your personal data based on the General Data Protection Regulation, hereunder Article 6(1)(b) and Article 9(2)(a). In addition, the Swedish Data Protection Act (2018:218) on supplementary provisions to the General Data Protection Regulation will apply.

We share your personal data with third party service providers, hereunder payroll services and IT services. 

A few of our service providers and customers are located outside the EU/EEA. We may therefore sometimes share your Personal Data with non-EU/EEA recipients. However, this will require:

  • that an adequacy decision has been issued by the European Commission for the level of protection offered by the country or the international company in question;

  • that the standard contractual clauses on data protection adopted by the European Commission have been entered into between us and the recipient of your Personal Data;

  • that the recipient in question is certified in accordance with Article 42 of the GDPR; or

  • that the recipient in question has adopted a set of binding corporate rules.

Storage timeframe:

Producer only keeps your personal data if they are necessary for the purposes for which they are being processed and kept.

Rights of data subjects:

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right to request access to your personal data, and to rectification or erasure of your personal data.

  • Right to oppose the processing of your personal data and to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.

  • When processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you are entitled to revoke such consent at any time.

  • Right to receive personal data which you have provided to Producer in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (data portability).

Such rights may be subject to conditions or restrictions. 

Complaint:
